The Local Bus Operator with a Friendly Face

Country Bus have been operating local bus services since 1993. We run a fleet of vehicles starting at 16 seats and going through to an 80 seat double-decker.

The majority of our services run out of Newton Abbot, though we also have services based in Teignmouth, Totnes, Paignton and Brixham.

We are the largest independent bus operator in Devon.

We run a total of seventeen services for Devon County Council, and eight commercial services.

We issue daily Explorer tickets valid for travel on Stagecoach in Devon and Western Greyhound as well as all our own services.
